据MicroStrategy最新提交的8-K文件显示，公司于1月21日至26日期间发行并出售了276.5万股股票，净募资约11亿美元，所得资金已全部用于购入10107枚比特币，均价约10.56万美元。截至1月26日，公司持有比特币数量达47.11万枚，总投资约304亿美元，平均持仓成本为6.45万美元。公司在去年10月签署的总额210亿美元股票发行协议中，仍有约43.5亿美元额度可供使用。
