1 月 27 日消息，TrueUp 数据显示，截至 2025 年 1 月，加密行业开放职位数量达 5,154 个，较 2023 年底增长超 40%。其中，OKX、Crypto.com 和币安分别开放 473、399 和 361 个职位。招聘需求主要集中在营销、人才招聘和企业发展等领域。
招聘咨询公司 Intersection Growth Partners 合伙人 Scott Fletcher 表示，在新政府支持下，加密招聘已恢复至 2022 年峰值水平。传统金融机构也开始布局加密业务，摩根士丹利等机构表示将与监管机构合作开展加密服务。
此外，随着 Stripe 以 11 亿美元收购 Bridge，以及 Robinhood 以 2 亿美元收购 Bitstamp，业内预计并购活动将进一步增加。
