On January 27, Jupiter officially announced that it had destroyed 3 billion JUP tokens, currently worth about $3.20 billion. BlockBeats previously reported that on August 4, 2024, according to the governance page, JupiterDAO voted to destroy the 30% JUP token supply proposal, which will reduce the JUP token supply from 10 billion to 7 billion.
