1月26日讯，中国证监会印发《促进资本市场指数化投资高质量发展行动方案》。《行动方案》提出，稳步推进指数化投资双向开放。统筹开放与安全，稳步扩大指数产品制度型开放，完善ETF互联互通机制。稳步拓展ETF纳入沪深港通标的范围。稳慎推进ETF互挂合作和境内指数境外授权用于开发指数产品和指数衍生品，吸引外资通过指数化投资参与A股市场。
