1月26日消息，迪拜风投公司IBC Group创始人兼CEO Mario Nawfal在社交媒体发文表示，为支持同名meme币MARIOCTO，已买入5万美元，当代币达到5亿美元市值时，会将其全部空投给X上活跃的100名社区成员。
此前消息，MarioNawfal宣布已将空投至其钱包的MARIO代币销毁，销毁时价值700万美元。截止发稿，据GMGN行情，MARIO代币发行8小时市值突破2500万美元，成交额超5160万美元。
