香港立法会发布2025年首份专题快讯《巩固香港国际金融中心的地位》，专题快讯是香港立法会秘书处议会事务部于2024年12月推出一项全新服务，最新专题快讯中表示：立法会法案委员会正详细审议《2024年公司（修订）（第2号）条例草案》与《稳定币条例草案》以引入机制便利海外注册公司迁册来港，以及引入法币稳定币发行人的发牌制度，就发展金融科技，立法会内务委员会已成立小组委员会，检视香港Web3及虚拟资产技术应用和发展情况并就推行相关法规及政策提出建议。
