证监会：对于研发强度大或投入大的企业即使分红未达到标准也不会被实施ST

4月16日讯，证监会上市公司监管司司长郭瑞明表示，规则设置的条件，充分考虑了科创板和创业板企业研发投入大，部分企业仍处行业发展早期的特点。对于研发强度大（最近三个会计年度累计研发投入占累计营业收入15%以上）或研发投入大（三年累计在3亿元以上）的企业，即使分红未达到上述条件的，也不会被实施ST。
