Scroll plans to upgrade Bernoulli on April 29, introducing EIP-4844 support

On April 16, Scroll announced plans for a Bernoulli upgrade on April 29, 2024 to reduce transaction costs by a factor of 10, depending on L1 Gas fees. The upgrade introduces EIP-4844 data blobs for L1 data availability, as well as SHA2-256 precompilation support.
