It is reported that Homium, a real estate equity mortgage lender and tokenization platform, has launched its first home equity loan on Avalanche. Homium loans are currently available in Colorado and plan to expand to other states. As part of getting the loan, homeowners commit to a portion of the price appreciation of their home.
