According to HODL15 Capital, the mysterious address "Mr.100" bought 400 BTC on the dip early this morning. Previously, it was reported that Mr.100 wallet had been flagged by Arkham Intelligence as a cold wallet belonging to the Upbit cryptocurrency exchange.
