金十期货4月16日讯，陕西省生态环境厅关于公开征求《贯彻落实<空气质量持续改善行动计划>的实施意见（2024—2025年）》（征求意见稿）意见的公告，其中提到，关中地区严禁新增煤电、钢铁、焦化、水泥熟料、平板玻璃、电解铝、氧化铝、煤化工、烧结砖瓦、陶瓷等行业产能，电炉短流程炼钢产量占比达15%。2024年10月底前，关中地区完成炭化室高度4.3米及以下7座430万吨焦炉淘汰，完成焦化产能优化调整。有序推进以电代煤，积极稳妥推进以气代煤。
