彭博高级 ETF 分析师 Eric Balchunas 在 X 平台发文称，ex 提交 DOGE ETF 和 TRUMP ETF 是根据 1940 年法案提交的申请，因此（理论上，如果没有被否决的话）可能会在 4 月初（提交后的 75 天）上市。据悉，Eric Balchunas 指的是 1940 年法案，该法案管理资产和衍生品组合基金。根据该法案提交的申请还可享受简化的 75 天审查流程。通过利用这一流程，DOGE 和 TRUMP ETF 可以提前于其他备案（例如 XRP 和 Solana ETF），这些 ETF 需要根据 19b-4 备案规则进行繁琐的 240 天审查流程。
