OTC Markets Group Inc., a regulated trading marketplace in the United States, has announced that Sol Strategies, a "Solana version of microstrategies" dedicated to investing in and providing infrastructure for the Solana blockchain ecosystem, has been listed and will trade under the CYFRF code, meaning that U.S. investors can find the company's current financial disclosures and real-time secondary quotes on the OTCQX marketplace. Sol Strategies is headquartered in Toronto, Canada, formerly Cypunk Holdings, before changing its name in September 2024.
