1月21日讯，1月20日至21日，全国对外投资合作和对外援助执行工作会议在北京召开。商务部副部长兼国际贸易谈判副代表凌激出席会议并作工作报告。会议强调，2025年推动产业链供应链国际合作，完善海外综合服务体系，完善对外投资管理制度，推动对外承包工程提质增效，规范对外劳务合作市场秩序，持续提升援外执行工作的综合效益同时加强安全风险防控和海外利益保护。
