1月21日，荷兰合作银行的JaneFoley在一份报告中说，如果美国推迟实施关税等有望支撑美元的拟议政策，美元可能会贬值。她表示：自去年10月以来，市场已经消化了许多利好美元的消息。如果特朗普推迟实施关税等政策，就不能排除美元出现进一步的获利回吐的可能。(金十)
