万达引入600亿战投后 新达盟董事会预计在二季度完成重组

4月16日讯，万达商管在引入600亿投资后，旗下大连新达盟商业管理有限公司董事会将进行重组。由于交易目标在第二季度交割，预计新达盟董事会也将在交割同步完成重组。具体董事会人员占比方面，由于联合投资方合共持股60%，估计该比例也将反应在董事会中。
