According to the latest data from ChainArgos, Tether (USDT) conducted a large-scale issuance and redemption activity on April 15. A total of $500 million of USDT was issued and $181 million of USDT was redeemed that day.
170 million USD USDT is transferred to Bitfinex 1 and 70 million USD USDT is transferred to addresses starting with 0x1db (possibly Cumberland DRW).
About $190 million of USDT is transferred to Kraken in multiple transactions to multiple addresses.
Redemption part: Bitfinex address redeemed $170 million, Binance 15 address redeemed $1 million.
