On April 16, Sheng Laiyun, deputy director of the National Bureau of Statistics, said at today's press conference that China's real estate market is still in the process of adjustment. In the first quarter of this year, some real estate sales indicators in China expanded, due to the high comparison base in the same period last year. Last March was the "little spring" of real estate sales.
