特朗普计划设立合资公司维持TikTok运营

北京时间1月19日，美国候任总统特朗普宣布将在周一发布行政命令，延长TikTok“不卖就禁”法律生效前的时间，以便能够达成保护国家安全的协议，该命令发布前，任何帮助TikTok继续运营的公司将不承担任何责任。特朗普计划设立合资公司，美国在其中拥有50%的股份，这样既确保掌握TikTok，也能令其继续运营。需注意的是，字节跳动此前多次表示不会出售TikTok美国资产。（第一财经）
