Nadeem Anjarwalla, a Binance executive who escaped from prison in Nigeria, has been located in Kenya. Nigerian law enforcement agencies, led by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), are in talks with their Kenyan counterparts to extradite Anjarwalla.
