上海：建设区块链和语料库等高质量数据基础设施，打造通用跨链功能

1月18日消息，上海市人民政府办公厅印发《上海市推动数字贸易和服务贸易高质量发展的实施方案》，方案提出布局高性能算力基础设施。建设高能级云计算数据中心集群、开放算力平台和算力互联互通平台。建设区块链和语料库等高质量数据基础设施，建设城市区块链基础设施，打造区块链即服务（BaaS）平台和通用跨链功能，助力数据跨境可信流动，推动高质量语料数据要素建设。
