On January 17, the European Union Commission took three additional technical investigative measures against the recommender system of the "X" platform. On December 18, 2023, the European Union announced the launch of a "formal lawsuit" against the social media platform "X" to assess whether it violated the European Union's Digital Services Act (DSA) in areas such as risk management and content moderation. The current additional investigation is in addition to previous lawsuits.
