BitFuFu plans to acquire a majority stake in a 51 trillion watt (MW) bitcoin mining facility in Oklahoma. The company has signed a letter of intent for the acquisition, which is expected to close in the first half of 2025.
Located in an uninhabited area, the facility is fully built and operational. Using Bitmain's Antminer S21 Pro device, 51 trillion watts of capacity can support a hash rate output of approximately 2.9 EH/s.
