Binance 宣布于 1 月 16 日 16:00（UTC+8）完成 Fantom（FTM）代币置换及品牌升级，正式更名为 Sonic（S）。交易所已开放 S/BTC、S/BNB、S/ETH、S/EUR、S/FDUSD、S/TRY、S/USDC 和 S/USDT 共 8 个现货交易对。
新代币按 1:1 比例完成分发，用户可通过 Binance 闪兑将旧 FTM（BEP20）置换为新 S 代币。Binance 已停止支持旧 FTM（ERC20）和 Fantom 主网代币的充值，同时不再支持旧 FTM 代币的提现业务。
