中央政法工作会议：司法部要主动研究提出立法建议，比如虚拟货币等新问题

中央政法工作会议12日至13日在京召开，会议对推进全面依法治国，努力建设更高水平的法治中国作出部署。会议要求，善于通过科学立法解决新问题，对重点领域、新兴领域、涉外领域，司法部要主动研究提出立法建议，比如，无人驾驶、低空经济、人工智能、虚拟货币、数据权属等新问题，要研究通过立法规范平台行为、加强新就业群体合法权益保护。
