花旗：港股估值存折让 恒指今年底目标价大降至22000点

1月16日讯，花旗发表报告，指恒指今年每股盈利增长预测已降至5.1%，去年1月及去年8月分别为9.4%及6.8%。MSCI中国盈利增长预测亦降至9%，较一年前的14.2%下降。港股现时估值存折让，恒指相当于未来一年预测市盈率8.8倍，或市账率1倍，较历史均值低出1至2个标准差。沪深300指数及MSCI中国指数则低出一个标准差。该行下调恒指目标价，今年6月底料见21000点（原先料26000点），今年底料见22000点（原先料28000点），以反映每股盈利增长放缓。
