该平台此前主要使用 USDT，但在 2024 年 7 月因涉及朝鲜 Lazarus 组织被 Tether 冻结账户后，开发 USDH 以规避监管限制。
Elliptic 调查显示，该平台与柬埔寨 Huione 集团有关，涉及洗钱、诈骗和人口贩运等违法活动，其中包括 Golden Fortune 科技园内的强制网络诈骗活动。
