Greg Cipolaro, global head of research at New York Digital Investment Group (NYDIG), said in a Jan. 10 research note that even if Trump takes office on Jan. 20, "it is prudent to expect an immediate change in crypto policy."
He said the inauguration had given new hope to the new government to deliver on many of its campaign promises, adding that "many promises can be fulfilled quickly, but some may take some time."
