1Confirmation founder Nick Tomaino posted on the X platform that ETH is being used as a currency for all the new use cases driving the development of the Internet, from decentralized finance to NFTs, to prediction markets, stablecoins, as well as games and DAOs, to name a few. ETH yields around 2.5%, is deflationary, and benefits from the growth of the most robust blockchain scaling strategies (L2 and L3), which is why ETH is hated by extreme users of BTC because they feel threatened.
