VitaDAO Community Rejects Proposal to Airdrop 6.90 million BIOs to VITA and VitaDAO IPT Holders

On January 9th, according to the Snapshot page, the VitaDAO community rejected an airdrop proposal with 68.24% of the votes against. The proposal originally planned to allocate 6.90 million of the 21 million BIO token allocations for airdrops, of which 5.52 million (80%) will be allocated to VITA holders and 1.38 million (20%) will be allocated to VITA IPT holders. The voting ended on January 9, 2025, and the final results showed that the support votes accounted for only 31.76%, and the total number of votes reached 2.6235 million.
