CZ: Bhutan's GMC pioneered multi-currency reserves, and there will be more imitators in the future

On January 8, the founder of Binance, CZ, added to the establishment of a cryptocurrency strategic reserve in Bhutan's Graphu Mindfulness City (GMC) that this is not only a bitcoin reserve, but also a cryptocurrency reserve including ETH and BNB, creating a precedent, and there will be more imitators in the future. This decision demonstrates Bhutan's open-mindedness and welcoming attitude towards other cryptocurrencies, which is a smart move to attract crypto businesses, investment and innovation.
CZ stressed that the Kingdom of Bhutan has been using clean (excess hydroelectric) energy for bitcoin mining for many years, and has already accumulated bitcoin reserves. For BNB, this is an important recognition. It also opens the way for BNB (and other cryptocurrencies) to be included in the national strategic reserves of other countries.
