According to Reuters, as of now, Trump has not nominated a successor to the next chairperson of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and the current chairperson, Rostin Behnam, has previously announced that he will resign on January 20, the inauguration day of President-elect Trump, which means that there may be a "gap" with the regulator for a period of time.
