Offchain Labs, the developer behind Arbitrum, announced at CES 2025 that the Arbitrum Foundation had awarded the largest developer grant ever to Lotte Group, a multi-billion dollar South Korean conglomerate known for its vast portfolio of shopping malls, media companies and entertainment assets.
A representative for the company declined to disclose the exact amount of the grant "at this stage", which, according to Offchain Labs, solidifies Arbitrum's position as the leading blockchain infrastructure provider for the Caliverse gaming platform.
