据官方消息，加拿大上市的Solana区块链和生态基础设施公司Sol Strategies宣布收购链上验证器服务提供商Orangefin Ventures ，具体收购金额暂未披露，Orangefin Ventures创始人Max Kaplan将加入公司担任质押业务负责人。根据披露数据显示，本次收购交易完成后Sol Strategies在其验证器业务中质押的SOL代币数量已增至1,505,145枚，价值超4亿加元。
