比特币质押协议 Babylon 宣布将于 1 月 8 日启动第二阶段测试网。第二阶段区块产出将于北京时间 1 月 8 日 17:00 开始，质押 Web 应用程序将于 1 月 8 日 18:00 上线。第一阶段测试网质押者将有机会将他们的质押注册到第二阶段测试网 Babylon 链中。
第二阶段测试网将启动一个测试版 Babylon 权益证明链，该链由 Babylon 和 Signet Bitcoin 权益共同保护，Signet Bitcoin 权益包括第一阶段测试网的 Signet 权益和新创建的 Signet 权益。Babylon 表示，测试网仅涉及模拟的测试代币（signet Bitcoin 和 test Babylon token），测试网没有激励。
