1月3日消息，据 ledgerinsights 报道，瑞穗证券（Mizuho Securities）已与蓝天太阳能（Blue Sky Solar）合作，开展首次太阳能业务私募证券代币发行（STO）。
该代币化涉及一家有限责任公司（LLC）的收入，涉及 8 个太阳能发电设施，总输出功率为 9.5 兆瓦，可为约 9,000 户家庭提供电力。此次发行采用了 BOOSTRY 的 iBet for Fin 平台，这是日本第二大数字证券区块链网络。
瑞穗证券表示，这是日本首个代币化的基础设施私人配售基金。该代币仅在持有者请求并获得批准后可转让。
