路透社：Do Kwon律师称目前暂不寻求保释，预计1月8日再次出庭

加密公司Terra联合创始人Do Kwon已在曼哈顿联邦法院听证会上对美国的欺诈指控表示不认罪，据路透社披露，Do Kwon律师Andrew Chesley为他进行了辩护并表示目前暂时不会寻求保释，美国地方法院法官Robert Lehrburger因此下令拘留，当美国法警将Do Kwon带出法庭时他带走了一份长达79页的起诉书副本，预计将于1月8日再次出庭。
