当地时间3日6时14分，韩国高级公职人员犯罪调查处出发执行对被停职的总统尹锡悦的逮捕令。2024年12月31日，韩国首尔西部地方法院以涉嫌发动内乱和滥用职权为由对被停职的总统尹锡悦发布逮捕令。这是韩国宪政史上首次对现任总统发出逮捕令。逮捕令有效期截止到1月6日。
