On January 2nd, the Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement on the adoption of unreliable entity list measures against 10 US companies including Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control Company, and took the following measures: 1. Prohibit the above-mentioned enterprises from engaging in import and export activities related to China; 2. Prohibit the above-mentioned enterprises from making new investments in China; 3. Prohibit the entry of senior managers of the above-mentioned enterprises; 4. Do not approve and cancel the work permit, stay or residence qualification of the above-mentioned enterprise senior managers in China. The matters not covered in this announcement shall be implemented in accordance with the "Unreliable Entity List Regulations". This announcement shall come into effect on the date of publication.
