机构：澳洲联储料在5月前开始降息 年内降息三次

继2024年澳大利亚房价上涨4.9%之后，金融服务公司AMP的首席经济学家Shane Oliver预计，2025年平均房价将上涨3%左右。然而，他表示，这一年的表现将一分为二，由于高利率和失业率上升，前几个月的情况疲弱，随后下半年的情况好转，因为较低的利率最终会起到提振作用。Oliver认为，澳洲联储将在5月前开始降息，预计今年将降息三次，每次25个基点。(金十)
