区块链协会就数字资产报告规则起诉美国IRS

美国国税局（IRS）近日发布新规，要求加密平台（包括去中心化交易所）报告数字资产交易信息，并规定从2027年起，平台需披露涉及数字资产交易的纳税人信息及其销售收入。对此，区块链协会与德州区块链协会联合起诉IRS，认为该规则违反美国行政程序法，可能对美国加密和去中心化金融（DeFi）产业产生负面影响。区块链协会首席执行官Kristin Smith表示，诉讼旨在保护美国加密行业的未来，并支持创新者的利益。
