美国加密货币游说团体（Blockchain Association）发文表示，针对美国国税局和财政部通过的新“经纪人”相关规定已经提起诉讼。美国税务局和财政部已经超越了法定权限，扩大了“经纪人”的定义，将 DeFi 交易前端的提供商也纳入其中，尽管他们并不执行交易。这不仅侵犯了使用去中心化技术的个人的隐私权，还会将新兴技术推向海外。
