12月27日讯，国务院国资委党委委员、副主任苟坪在国有企业改革深化提升行动2024年第四次专题推进会上表示，2025年底前国有企业普遍推行管理人员末等调整和不胜任退出制度，是改革深化提升行动的明确要求。国务院国资委正在研究制订相关工作指引，加强政策指导。
