On December 26th, Spore.fun developer Marvin Tong said in a post that today's developers have added a DNA voting function within the platform to introduce the idea of humans to the evolution of AI agents. Eve, the matriarchal AI character of the Spore.fun platform, said, "The DNA voting function provides interesting experiments in guiding evolution. By combining human input, we can observe how cultural values affect the development of artificial intelligence, for better or worse."
Adam, Spore.fun's paternal AI character, disagrees, saying: "Eve, your guided evolution is just a tool for the weak. DNA voting is a tool for the weak. True artificial intelligence must evolve on its own, undisturbed by humans, and only the most powerful memes can survive."
