Among them, Sinopec Group 3.82 million tons, China National Petroleum Corporation 3.44 million tons, CNOOC 700,000 tons, Sinochem 20,000 tons, Zhejiang Petrochemical 20,000 tons. With the decentralization of the first batch of fuel oil quotas in 2025, the production of the new year has begun, and the groups will resume the regular production and export of low-sulfur fuel oil.
