On December 25, according to the provisions of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, on January 5, 2024, the Ministry of Commerce issued the Announcement No. 1 of 2024, deciding to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on the import of related brandy originating in the European Union. In view of the complexity of this case, according to the provisions of Article 26 of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce decided to extend the investigation period of this case to April 5, 2024.
