金融监管总局：允许金融机构根据自身实际由董事会下设的审计委员会履行监事会职责，不设监事会或监事

12月25日讯，金融监管总局近日印发《关于公司治理监管规定与公司法衔接有关事项的通知》，自印发之日起施行。《通知》提到，允许金融机构根据自身实际，优化监督机构设置。可以继续保留监事会、监事，也可以选择由董事会下设的审计委员会履行监事会职责，不设监事会或监事。职工人数三百人以上的机构，除依法设监事会并有职工监事的外，其董事会成员中应当有职工董事。
