Expert: Iran's counter-attack against Israel could be launched on all fronts

On April 14, Lebanese political scientist and political commentator Ali Yizeddin said in an interview with the Russian satellite news agency that Tehran's retaliation against Israel's attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus may be launched on all fronts in the region, but Iran has chosen a wait-and-see strategy to further deplete the enemy's resources. He said that large-scale missile attacks on Israeli targets from southern Lebanon can also be carried out from Iraq, Yemen and Syria. He pointed out that Tehran intends to respond after a pause, with the aim of putting "the Israeli military command and air defense system on full alert, which can cost the Israeli army millions of dollars every day."
