Terawulf Inc., a listed bitcoin miner and digital infrastructure provider, has signed an agreement to provide more than 70 trillion watts of data center infrastructure to Core42, a subsidiary of G42 that specializes in artificial intelligence (AI) and Cloud as a Service.
Under the agreement, Terawulf will customize its Lake Mariner facility in upstate New York to support Core42's deployment of GPU clusters using Dell's liquid-cooled Poweredge XE9680L servers. The deployment of the infrastructure will be phased in between Quarter 1 and Q3 2025.
