MicroStrategy Corporation announced the sale of a total of 1,317,841 shares under the Sale Agreement between December 16, 2024 and December 22, 2024, with total net proceeds (less sales commissions) of approximately $561 million. MicroStrategy still has approximately $7.08 billion of shares available for issuance and sale under the Sale Agreement.
